Main Route of the Forests of Chojnów (green, 34 km): Konstancin (the route starts at the corner of Piłsudskiego and Sienkiewicza streets, at the bus stop) – Nowe Wierzbno – Chojnów natural reserve – Stephan’s stone – Nowinki – PKP Ustanówek Railway Station (at this point, having walked 16 km, you can get on the bus to Piaseczno and Warsaw) – Jeziórko – Jaroszowa Wola – Łoś natural reserve – Łoś range – Henryków-Urocze – Złotokłos (the last stop of the bus to Warsaw and a stop of PKS buses, by which you can get back to Piaseczno).
The route goes through main complexes of the Forests of Chojnów, near three natural reserves: Chojnów, Uroczysko Stephana (Stephan’s Range) and Łoś. The route is also available to cyclists, although sometimes can be rather difficult. At the route section between the Chojnów natural reserve and the Stephan’s stone, there is a yellow route connecting this one with the blue route. The connecting route goes along the northeastern border of the Stephan’s Range natural reserve.
Warsaw Circular Route (red, 38 km): Góra Kalwaria (3-go Maja street; the last PKS bus stop and private buses departing from Piaseczno and from the bus park at the Wilanowska Underground Station in Warsaw) – Zakalwaria – Ługówka – Nowinki range – Zalesie Górne (PKP railway station) – Łbiska – Biele Chojnowskie natural reserve – Runowski Forest – Wólka Pracka – Warszawianka – Southern Cemetery (727 bus stop) – Magdalenka (bus stop for buses to Piaseczno and Warsaw).
The route is a part of the Warsaw Circular Route. From Góra Kalwaria, you can walk through the bridge over the Vistula River towards Karczew, through the Masovian Natural Landscape Park. From Magdalenka, the route leads to the west, towards Podkowa Leśna, Brwinów and the Kampinos Forest. The trip from Góra Kalwaria to Magdalenka can be easily divided into two parts. In the middle of the route, you can get back to Piaseczno by train from Zalesie Górne or by bus from Głosków.

Meridional Route through the Forests of Chojnów (yellow, 28 km): Piaseczno (PKP railway station) – Zalesie Dolne – Górki Szymona (Szymon’s Hills) – Zimne Doły – Zalesie Górne (PKP railway station) – Łoś natural reserve – Nowy Prażmów - Prażmów.
In the beginning, the route goes through the estate of villas in Zalesie Dolne. Later, it is a picturesque path along the Jeziorka River to Szymon’s Hills, among the ponds and through the Forests of Chojnów to Zimne Doły: a popular site for weekend leisure, with umbrella roofs and bonfire places. Then, the route leads to rarely visited parts of the Forests of Chojnów, near Piskórka, Łoś and Nowy Prażmów.
Route of Natural Reserves (blue, 30 km): Zalesie Górne (PKP railway station) – Zimne Doły – Stephan’s Range natural reserve – Chojnów natural reserve – Obory natural reserve – Łyczyn – Skarpa Oborska natural reserve - Olszyna Łyczyńska natural reserve – Obory - Łęgi Oborskie natural reserve – Konstancin-Jeziorna – Kierszek – natural reserve of the Kabaty Forest - Ursynów.
This particularly attractive route enables you to visit seven natural reserves during just one trip. It goes through the picturesque area among the ponds between Zalesie Górne and Żabieniec. It also gives an opportunity to visit
the park and mansion in Obory and Konstancin, with its spa park and graduation tower. The route often changes its direction, which makes its even more interesting, and is perfect for cyclists. By connecting the first section of the blue route (to the Chojnów natural reserve) with the black route (the Chojnów route of natural heritage), you can plan a very interesting 15-kilometre loop route – attractive both for hikers and cyclists – which starts and ends at the PKP railway station in Zalesie Górne.
Chojnów Route of Natural Heritage (black, 10 km): Chojnów natural reserve – Pilawa – Pilawski Grąd natural reserve – Stephan’s Range natural reserve – Zalesie Górne (PKP railway station).
A very interesting route, which enables you to visit three natural reserves during one short trip.
Route from Konstancin to Góra Kalwaria and Czersk (yellow / green, 24.5 km): Konstancin-Jeziorna (the route starts at the corner of
Piłsudskiego and Sienkiewicza streets, at the bus stop) – Obory natural reserve – Słomczyn – Cieciszew – Dębówka – Góra Kalwaria - Czersk.
The initial section of the route in the area of the Obory natural reserve goes within the borders of the Chojnowski Natural Landscape Park. Later, the route goes along the Vistula River below the river escarpment.
Route along Jeziorka and Tarczynka Rivers (blue, 15 km): Głosków – Łoś – Jeziorka’s Escarpment natural reserve – Prace Duże – Gładków – Komorniki – Tarczyn.
The route is actually the initial section of the Route of Masovian Valleys, leading from Grodzisk Mazowiecki to Radziejowice. The route is very picturesque and rarely visited by tourists. Most sections of the route go through meadows along the rivers. The route can be difficult between early summer and fall, due to exuberant plants along the Jeziorka riverbank.
Route of Architectural Heritage around Konstancin (black, 9 km): Konstancin-Jeziorna - Skolimów – Forests of Słomczyn - Królewska Góra - Konstancin-Jeziorna.
The route enables you to visit the most precious sites of architectural heritage in the area of Konstancin-Jeziorna.
